Refund Policy

Fan Jacket Maker is a well know brand for its customer-centric policies. As a leading brand, we take full responsibility for ensuring the customer is satisfied with the delivered product. However, in case they are not, a refund policy is taken into use. Customers are requested to read and agree with the following refund policies before raising the refund claim.

  • A refund request needs to be presented within 15 days of delivery
  • Refund requests without a logical explanation, price tag, and packaging shall not be considered
  • We reserve the right to replace the refund request with an exchange policy as per the recommendation of our Quality Assurance department
  • If a customer sends the product back to our warehouse and it fails to satisfy the problems that the customer claimed, then the customer itself will be responsible for outbound and other shipping charges
  • Shipping charges are never refundable
  • 7 working days are required to proceed with the refund request of the customer
  • Refund requests made without any proof will be rejected immediately
  • Any refund request or claims made at the payment company will result in the illegibility of to refund. Involvement of a third party disqualifies a customer from seeking a refund
  • Refunds shall be processed through the original payment channel that the customer initially used to make the payment
  • FJM reserves the right to refuse refund requests made by customers

Important Note: We hold complete right to replace refund requests with an exchange policy.
