As a business, caring for the needs of our customers is our primary objective. Our goal is to ensure that every order is met with satisfaction. The 30-day return policy is for the precise reason of completing the process as quickly as possible. Anything you purchase can be fully refunded or exchanged within this period as long as it adheres to our policy.
Refund Policy
The customer is also entitled for refund/return, in the following cases
- Wrong product received by the customer
- Products has some defects
- Product damaged in shipping
- Product is tampered
Products that are customized are not legible for return or refund under any circumstances. They are specifically made according to your preferences thereby the pieces cannot be sold to another customer.
Processing a Refund:
- A refund is eligible 30 days from the date of delivery, only with proof of purchase found in your order confirmation email.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund will be made to your original payment method.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery if you’d like to refund them.
Cancellation policy
- The order cancellation request must be made within 48 hours to get full refund. You are obligated to request our customer support for an order cancellation on Live Chat, and email.
- Once the item is shipped, any cancellation will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to amend this policy as required to ensure compliance with IPSO regulations. We will publish the current policy on our website. Your complaint will be considered against the published policy on the date of receipt of your complaint.
