Return and Refund Policy For USA

As a business, caring for the needs of our customers is our primary objective. Our goal is to ensure that every order is met with satisfaction. The 30-day return policy is for the precise reason of completing the process as quickly as possible. Anything you purchase can be fully refunded or exchanged within this period as long as it adheres to our policy.

Refund Policy

The customer is also entitled for refund/return, in the following cases

  • Wrong product received by the customer
  • Products has some defects
  • Product damaged in shipping
  • Product is tampered

Products that are customized are not legible for return or refund under any circumstances. They are specifically made according to your preferences thereby the pieces cannot be sold to another customer.

Processing a Refund:

  • A refund is eligible 30 days from the date of delivery, only with proof of purchase found in your order confirmation email.
  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund will be made to your original payment method.

Before Returning, Please Remind the:
 
1. Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without checking with us first.
 
2. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees.
 
3.We only refund the price of the item(s), that means the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
4. Refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returning parcel arrived.
 
30 Days Easy Return
 
Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items are eligible for a return if the following conditions are met:
 
1. Make sure the items are unused, not showing any signs of being worn or being washed.
 
2. Make sure the items are in good condition that will not affect the secondary sales.
 
3. Due to sanitary reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and accessories are non-returnable.
 

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery if you’d like to refund them.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Cancellation policy

  • The order cancellation request must be made within 48 hours to get full refund. You are obligated to request our customer support for an order cancellation on Live Chat, and email.
  • Once the item is shipped, any cancellation will not be accepted.
